Approximately 1 year ago, my blog DMP Health was launched. I would never have thought I would have made it this far and made such lovely friends among the beauty community along the way.
I started this journey back in 2017 at a point in my life where I was probably at my lowest. I’ve always loved makeup and writing, to me they gave me comfort and an escape and this holds true to this day. While I don’t feel like I’m completely healed at this stage, this blog gives me a sense of pride and accomplishment.
Starting a blog seemed like an opportunity to express myself like I’d never given myself the opportunity before out of fear or rejection. This has somewhat created a wonderful distraction where I can focus on makeup and skin while I heal. Along the way, I have had the pleasure of finding the most loveliest and friendly people online who share the same passion and dedication to beauty inside and out.
I’m excited to share things with you online as well as see the unique makeup looks you create, makeup and skincare hauls, visually appealing flat lay pics and most of all, discovering new beauty and skincare products that we can all swoon about together.
And yes, just about anyone can be a #beautyblogger today, but isn’t that just a wonderful thing in itself? That it can bring us together no matter the country or state. Where we discuss our passion for beauty and makeup.
So thank you. Thank you for your continued support and taking the time out of your day today, and any day to look at my content. Here’s to a prosperous new year with plenty more to share. I look forward to it 🙂
As always, remember to love your health.
